A $500 reservation fee secures the puppy you adore. This deposit amount will be credited towards the total listed price of your chosen puppy. By submitting a deposit, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable. It is essential to inform us via text immediately after sending the deposit, so we can save your contact information under your name and your puppy's ID.
Each puppy will be sold with a strict spay/neuter contract. If you're a pre-approved breeder and interested in breeding rights, there is an additional cost. Please contact us for pricing and share details about your breeding program before joining the waiting list.
We understand that situations can change or a puppy may not work out in their new home for different reasons. In these cases, we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until we find them a new home. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds beyond the first 3 days after the puppy has been placed in their new home. Exchanges, on the other hand, can only be made within our 1-year guarantee period if the puppy is found to have a genetic defect.
